Using the site and the services means accepting these terms in full.

Accounts

• Accounts are opened on request and at the provider's discretion. There is no entitlement to an account and a request may be refused without reasons.
• An account is personal. Credentials may not be transferred, shared or resold.
• The user is answerable for activity carried out with their credentials, must keep them safe and must report any unauthorised access promptly.
• An account may be closed at the user's request or, in case of breach of these terms, at the provider's initiative.

Permitted use

The resources made available are limited and shared among users. Personal, study, research and professional use are permitted.

The following are not permitted:

• reselling access, offering it to third parties as one's own service, and routing third-party application traffic through it;
• using automated tools to saturate the resources, circumvent usage limits or spread them across several accounts;
• producing or distributing unlawful content, content infringing the rights of others or intended to deceive, and any attempt to extract personal data from the models;
• any activity aimed at compromising the security, integrity or availability of the systems.

Models and generated content

Every model made available is distributed with its own licence, stated together with the model. The licence sets out the permitted uses and the conditions for redistribution. These terms neither modify nor replace it.

Content generated by the models belongs to the user who generated it. The provider claims no rights over it and does not use it for training.

The user is responsible for how generated content is used and for its compliance with applicable law.

Warranties and liability

The services are provided as they are and subject to availability. No service levels, support times or continuity of operation are guaranteed.

Models generate content probabilistically: results may be inaccurate or incomplete and do not replace medical, legal, financial or technical advice.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, loss of data and loss of profit arising from use of the services is excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes and discontinuation

The provider may change, suspend or discontinue the services, giving reasonable notice where the change affects services already in use.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page marks the last change; substantial changes are communicated to registered users.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction.
