Cookies

Which cookies this site uses, what they are for and how to manage them.

What they are

Cookies are small text files a site saves in a visitor's browser. They hold information between one page and the next, or between one visit and the following one.

Cookies used

This site uses technical cookies only, necessary for it to work.

CategoryPurposeLifetime
Technical authentication and session cookiesTo recognise the signed-in user and keep the session active in the restricted areaUntil the session ends, and in any case no more than thirty days

Cookies are set only after signing in to the restricted area. Simply reading the public pages sets no cookies at all.

Consent

For technical cookies, article 122 of the Italian personal data protection code does not require the user's prior consent. For this reason the site shows no consent banner.

Cookies not used

  • Profiling, analytics, traffic measurement or advertising cookies.
  • Third-party cookies.
  • Other identification technologies, such as browser fingerprinting, tracking pixels or local storage used to recognise the user.

Managing cookies

Signing out of the restricted area deletes the session cookies. They can also be deleted or blocked from the browser settings, usually under privacy or site data.

Blocking technical cookies prevents access to the restricted area; reading the public pages is unaffected.
